Fabulous service regarding the purchase- bike suits my needs perfectly. I could have done with a bit better hand over tbh but the shop was very busy so I rode off and largely figured it out! When I called back with a query I was promised a call back to confirm which happened as promised. Can’t fault the experience other than perhaps a little more time needed at hand over.
